Our history

Graden Services Limited was established in 2011 on the founding principle that a small flexible management consultancy could compete with larger consultancies by focusing on delivering measurable benefits to clients by ensuring we offer very high levels of service.

We specialise in the aviation, commercial and financial sectors providing management consultancy, commercial management and technical governance services to end user clients and sub-contractors in construction and facilities management.

Our approach

We work with our clients to help them achieve their goals and deliver measurable improvements in their businesses using our methodologies, relevant industry standards and our experience. This involves enhancing business operations through changes to processes, systems, working practices, leading a project or providing support to our client’s key staff.

Our main sector experience has been gained in aviation, commercial and financial sectors, where we have many years of experience in project management and commercial management.

In addition, we have experience in other sectors, including utilities and data centres.
